TecSecurity Research Pty Ltd (ACN 685 055 421) operates this website. This policy explains what the site collects and how we handle information you send us.

What this website collects

This is a static website. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and embeds no tracking or advertising scripts.

The site is served through Cloudflare Pages, and Cloudflare processes standard request data — including IP address, user agent, and requested URL — to deliver and protect the site. That processing is governed by Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives a request from your browser when a page loads.

Information you send us

If you email us, we receive whatever you choose to include. We use it only to respond to and manage your enquiry, and to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for marketing.

Correspondence relating to vulnerability reports and coordinated disclosure is retained as part of the research record, and may be shared with the affected vendor or a coordinating programme such as the Zero Day Initiative where that is the point of the report. Client engagement material is retained under the terms of the relevant engagement and treated as confidential.

Storage and security

Information is held on access-controlled systems. Encrypted correspondence is supported — our PGP key is on the About page.

Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Principles you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or make a complaint about how we have handled it. Contact us at the address below. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Material changes to this policy will be published on this page.
